The time has come to reserve your room for PolkaMotion By The Ocean 2026!

Please fill out the attached reservation with your COMPLETE information and the room type you’re requesting. As always, king rooms are VERY limited. If you want a king room please send in your $200.00 deposit at your earliest convenience. Rooms are reserved in the order in which we receive them. First come first serve. As always if we don't have the room type you are requesting, we will get in touch with you and let you know the room types we have available. Thank you for your cooperation! If you know of anyone who has not joined us in the past or has moved since the last PolkaMotion, please feel free to give them our information or send us their information so we can provide them with a flier as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind the changes that have taken place at The Breakers. We were asked to reiterate these changes to you for this year. 

HOTEL CHANGES AND EXISTING GUIDELINES: 

• The Hotel had some renovations done; therefore some of the room types/room numbers are no longer the same. 
• As in previous years, we CANNOT guarantee a certain room number. Due to the renovations The Breakers are VERY adamant about this policy for the upcoming year. I WILL do my best to provide you with the accommodations you request/need if any.
   

CANCELATION CHANGES:  

• If canceling 72 hours prior to check-in, you are responsible for the charges for the first night’s lodging, taxes and $25.00 hotel cancelation fee. 
• If for some reason your stay needs to be cut short and you need to check out early, you are still responsible for the remainder of your stay that was booked.
   
• NONSMOKING: The entire Hotel and its property is nonsmoking. In the event the Hotel has evidence that this policy has been violated, it has the right to charge a $300.00 penalty to the room. 
• PARKING: Please remember there is only ONE PARKING SPOT per hotel room. If you bring more than one vehicle, you will be required to park any additional vehicles on the street or in a public lot. With the date of this year's event additional parking will not be metered and will be free of charge. 
• ROOM SERVICE: This year there will be NO turn over services. If you are in need of clean towels, you will need to pick them up at the front desk. You can put your dirty towels on a pile outside the door for them to be picked up. 
• NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN A ROOM: The Breakers have brought to our attention that there were people sharing rooms that were not on the reservation list and not paid for. The prices we have on our flier are per person for 2 people per room. For any additional people the hotel charges extra. They overlooked this last year but informed us that this is something they are not taking lightly this coming year and are going to be closely monitoring. For any additional people (not on our reservation list) per room they will be in contact with you for payment before the event is over.
   

** AS ALWAYS PLEASE REMEMBER TO TREAT THE HOTEL STAFF WITH RESPECT THEY ARE ONLY DOING THEIR JOB**

• Thursday’s Welcome Party in the breakfast room on the 4th floor at 1pm
• Saturday: at 11 AM be part of the exclusive “private polka party” with PCM.... You won’t leave hungry!!!! Open bar!!!

* Rooms will be booked and reserved in the order in which they are received. King rooms (Standard & Suites) are VERY limited. 

* Payment (IN FULL) must be received NO LATER THAN AUGUST 16 2026. If payment in full is not received by AUGUST 16, 2026, payment will be returned to you and your room will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
